Processing Times: Every TimberLight Glow candle is hand-poured in our Yorkshire studio. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
UK Shipping: We ship exclusively within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: We believe in beauty without waste. To minimise our footprint, we prioritise plastic-free, paper-based protective wrap and cardboard boxes.
In our effort to be as sustainable as possible, we occasionally reuse clean packaging materials (including bubble wrap) sent to us by our suppliers. If your order contains plastic film, please reuse it or recycle it at your local supermarket soft-plastic collection point.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns: We want you to be completely happy with your scent. If you change your mind, we accept returns on unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@timberlightglow.co.uk, and we will provide the return shipping instructions.
Damages: We take great care in packing your orders, but if your item arrives damaged, please email contact@timberlightglow.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
