Delivery
Every order is carefully packed by hand before leaving our Yorkshire workshop.
Processing Times: Every TimberLight Glow candle is hand-poured in our Yorkshire studio. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
UK Delivery: We ship exclusively within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Free Shipping: Orders over £45.00
Eco-Friendly Packaging: We believe in beauty without waste. To minimise our footprint, we prioritise plastic-free, paper-based protective wrap and cardboard boxes.
In our effort to be as sustainable as possible, we occasionally reuse clean packaging materials (including bubble wrap) sent to us by our suppliers. If your order contains plastic film, please reuse it or recycle it at your local supermarket soft-plastic collection point.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns: We want you to be delighted with your order. If you change your mind, we accept returns on unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@timberlightglow.co.uk, and we will provide the return shipping instructions. If something isn't quite right, we'll always do our best to make it right.
Damages: Although every order is packed with great care, if your item arrives damaged, please email contact@timberlightglow.co.uk within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
