  • Each candle is hand‑poured in small batches using refined fragrance blends, premium wax, and a minimalist design ethos. Every detail — from scent composition to vessel selection — is crafted with intention to create a calm, elevated sensory experience.

  • I use high‑quality waxes and blends chosen for their clean burn, excellent scent throw, and smooth, creamy finish. It’s selected to complement the fragrance profiles and maintain a premium aesthetic.

  • That’s perfectly normal. Because we use high-quality, sustainable wax without chemical stabilizers, it can sometimes "breathe" (known as ‘sweating’ in the candle making world) when reacting to a temperature change. It’s a hallmark of a natural, hand-poured candle. Simply wipe the surface before lighting; it’s still the same premium ritual you expect.

  • Each TimberLight Glow candle is wicked with premium cotton wicks selected specifically for the wax blend and vessel size. I use a combination of Stabilo/CD, CL, and LX wick series — all known for their clean burn, steady flame, and ability to support an even melt pool in premium scented candles.

    All wicks are cotton‑based, free from zinc and lead, and sourced from reputable suppliers who meet strict safety standards.

  • Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Each candle is made and prepared with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Unfortunately, at the moment, this is something we do not offer.

  • Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Returns: For safety and hygiene reasons, used candles cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right.
    Damaged Items: Please contact me with a photo of the issue, and I’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
