At TimberLight Glow, every candle is a single-pour ritual, hand-crafted in our studio. Due to the artisanal nature of our process:
Small variations in finish, color, or texture are not considered defects but are hallmarks of a handmade product.
We ensure every batch meets our premium quality standards before leaving the studio.
Natural Transitions: Our use of pure, sustainable waxes means your candle may occasionally experience "sweating" (small beads of oil on the surface) due to temperature changes. This is a natural characteristic of high-quality vegetable wax and does not affect the burn quality or scent throw of your candle.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch your orders with care and efficiency.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.
TimberLight Glow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address entry at checkout.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is essential to us.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to return an item if you change your mind, provided the candle remains unlit and in its original packaging.
For items damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@timberlightglow.co.uk with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
